The Firenor utility station is a high quality system that is generally installed in area where specific utility services are required during operation and maintenance.

A utility station is designed to allow rapid and easy deployment of utility services without interfering with daily operations. A built in hose reel permits easy attachment and removal of hoses before and after tasks are performed with the system.

SYSTEM DESIGN

The utility station has a very flexible design that gives it a lot of versatility of use. It can be designed to work with piping, tubing, heat-traced lines, insulation and heating, hose reels, couplings, valves, and spray-guns and applicators, depending on the needs of the area. All of these options are available in a wide range of materials that allows for use in any conditions.

The Firenor utility station can be further customized to fit unusual specific project requirements. Common customizations include the service line and valves, an insulated cabinet frame that protects again pipe freezing, as opposed the standard open frame, and the option of automatic or manual rewind for hoses. Additional customizations are available upon customer request.

VERIFICATION

Every system can be customized, upon request, for compliance with applicable rules, regulations and project specific requirements as well as standard such as CE, FM, UL, ASME, DIN, DNV, BV, NMD, IMO, NFPA, Norsok. Full documentation for any tailor-made products are available and include all necessary certifications, third party verifications such as DNV/GL, BV, ABS, etc., and full scale test reports, if required.
